How do you know that there is a call for my company?
Every call answering client receives their own, unique telephone number from us. This can be a geographical number for your chosen location (i.e. 0207 for London, 0131 for Edinburgh etc) or an 0845 number, really what ever suits you. This unique number is then yours to either divert calls to us on or use as your main contact number. Or bespoke systems then recognize any calls coming through on your number and our operators answer as per your instructions.
I'm not sure I want you answering all of my calls...
That's fine, as you control the divert, you decide which calls we answer for you. Some clients choose to send all calls through to us, others just when they are engaged, in a meeting or on lunch. We can even set-up your unique number so it rings on your mobile or other line first, then if there's no answer we can accept the call, it really it is that flexible.
What happens if I have an important client I need to speak to but the call comes through to you?
That’s not a problem, many clients use our service as if we were their companies own receptionist, we can simply greet the caller as per your instruction and transfer your important clients through to you.
